ACCOMMODATION RULES:

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

• Check-in starts at 2 PM.

• Check-out until 12 PM.

• Grace period for check-in is from 2 PM to 9 PM and for check-out from 8 AM to 3 PM.

• If the guest is late for check-in or wants to check out earlier outside these hours, a fee of R$100.00 will be charged to cover staff overtime.

ITEMS PROVIDED:

• Bed linens and towels are available for guests (no exchanges during the stay).

• Breakfast is not provided.

NECESSARY INFORMATION:

• The name and identification number of all guests must be provided.

PARKING:

• We do not have private parking. Guests can park their cars on the public street or opt for a paid parking lot 500 meters from the property.

CAPACITY AND VISITORS:

• Maximum capacity of 3 people (adults and children).

• Visitors beyond the 3 registered guests are not allowed.

• Under no circumstances will extra people be allowed. The administrator may inspect the property without prior notice, request the guests to vacate the premises, and consider the contract breached without refund.

FEES:

• Cleaning fee: R$ 60.00. This fee covers cleaning, organizing, and providing laundered linens. We ask that the property be left in a similar condition upon departure.

• A fine of R$ 30.00 will be applied or deducted from the deposit if the property is left in unfavorable conditions (trash and dirty dishes).

EVENTS AND UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS:

• Events (parties, gatherings with live or electronic music) are not allowed.

• Guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed.

QUIET HOURS AND NEIGHBOR RESPECT:

• Respect quiet hours, especially at night, to ensure that all guests and neighbors can rest peacefully.

• Loud music that disturbs the neighbors is not allowed at any time of day.

USE OF FACILITIES:

• Use the facilities with care to avoid damage. Any damage caused will be deducted from the guest.

• Do not move furniture or utensils without authorization.

PETS:

• Please inform in advance if you wish to bring pets.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage caused by them.

SAFETY:

• Keep doors and windows locked when leaving the property to ensure the security of your belongings.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS:

• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the support team immediately so they can be addressed quickly.

USE OF WATER AND ENERGY:

• Be conscious of water and energy use, avoiding waste. This helps keep costs low and preserve the environment.

POOL AND COMMON AREAS:

• Follow established safety and hygiene rules. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• When using the deck, barbecue, microwave, or any item in the common area, it is your responsibility to clean up after yourself, as other guests may use them after you.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

• The use of illegal drugs or controlled substances is prohibited on the premises.

• Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Use designated outdoor smoking areas.

UPON CHECK-OUT:

• TRASH: All trash must be bagged to prevent insects.

• DISHES: All dishes must be washed.

• BELONGINGS: Carefully check all your belongings before leaving, as we are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
